Lakeland Bank Customers: Storm Update

Dear Valued Customer,

The current weather situation is creating unprecedented challenges for our customers and neighbors. Our first priority is the safety and well being of our customers and team members resulting in the closure of all Lakeland Bank locations on Monday, October 29 and Tuesday, October 30.

Accordingly, we are implementing the following actions to assist you:

We are waiving the following fees assessed by Lakeland Bank through Wednesday, October 31 for our customers. Please be advised that you’ll have until the end of the business day (6:00 PM) on Thursday (November 1) to make a deposit or a payment to bring your account current to avoid the fee being charged.

• Overdraft Protection Fees, Insufficient Funds (“NSF”) Fees, Uncollected Funds (“UCF”) Fees, Continuous Overdraft Fees (days for continuous OD will start on October 31) and Returned Item Fees on deposit accounts.

• Late fees on business and consumer loans.

During this time, our online banking site is available for you to check balances, make payments, institute stop payments and transfer funds. Additionally, our telephone banking system will be available to check balances and make transfers. Simply call 800-320-5130. All transactions scheduled to post to your accounts will be honored.

Depending on the severity and wide spread potential for power outages, you may experience intermittent disruption of these services that are beyond our control.

As always, you can connect with us on LakelandBank.com and Facebook for periodic updates.

As the situation returns to more normalized conditions later in the week, please feel free to reach out to your local Branch Manager or Loan Officer to discuss any specific situations that you may be encountering as a result of this event.
