Lakeland Bank Colleagues Recognized for 10 Years of Service
Oak Ridge, NJ, July 16, 2012––Lakeland Bank recognized five colleagues for their 10 years of service to the company. Debi Burke, Joan Magrane, Georgiane Slaby, Kathy Sieber, and Diane Woznicki all recently achieved this milestone.

Burke joined Lakeland Bank in May 2002 as a collection representative based in Oak Ridge and was promoted to assistant treasurer in 2009. She has many years of experience in credit and collections. Prior to joining the Bank, she was employed with Chemical Bank and Citifinancial as an assistant manager and loan officer. Burke has been a Jefferson Township resident for 35 years.
Magrane started with the Bank in May 2002 as an assistant vice president, branch manager for the Boonton Office and was promoted to vice president in 2009. With 35 years of banking experience, her employment history includes time at Montclair Saving Bank, Collective Bank and Summit Bank. Magrane has been a board member of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce for 28 years, serving as treasurer for twelve years. In 2004, Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce honored her with their President’s Award. Last year, she was named Citizen of the Year by Lakeland Hills Family YMCA and was recognized by Boonton Main Street Inc. as the Community Business Honoree. A graduate of Montclair State, Magrane lives in Boonton Township.
Slaby joined Lakeland Bank in May 2002 as a teller at the Milton Office. Prior to that, she worked for Bank of America in Modesto, California for 10 years. Slaby attended Modesto Junior College for two years, and currently resides in Hardyston.
Sieber started with Lakeland Bank in June 2002 as a full-time teller at the Bloomingdale Office. In 2004, she transferred to her current position as teller manager in the Montville Office. Sieber resides in Ringwood.
Woznicki joined Lakeland Bank in May 2002 as a teller for the Sparta Downtown Office advancing to teller manager. She transferred in 2011 to the Vernon Office as a teller. Woznicki has 15 years in retail sales including employment at Macy’s, where she received a Top Talent Associate award which led to the position of Charter Club selling specialist. She attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and received her CFT certificate in 2007. Woznicki resides in Vernon.
