Lakeland Bank Honors 26 Colleagues for Years of Service

Oak Ridge, N.J. – October 12, 2012 – Lakeland Bank recently hosted a luncheon ceremony at its Operations and Training center to honor employees who have reached 20 or more years of service with the Bank. Additionally, employees celebrating a 10 year service anniversary in the third quarter were recognized and presented with a service award.
 
“This year we recognized 21 individuals who have been with the Bank 20 or more years, plus another five who marked their 10 year anniversary,” said Thomas J. Shara, president and CEO. “Strong relationships with our customers are a part of our success as a community bank, but equally important are the relationships we have with our employees.” Nearly 35 percent of Lakeland Bank’s staff has 10 or more years of service.
