Job Requirements

Requirements include two years of related experience; strong communication and analytical skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must be eligible to register with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry). Must be bondable.

Job Duties

Responsible for the origination of Reverse Mortgage loan applications through the solicitation, procurement and development of new realtors, attorneys, builders, financial consultants and other sources of business, including Lakeland Bank referrals. Much of the time is spent outside of the office calling on existing clients and business customers as well as "cold calling" to acquire new business. Must actively identify and pursue leads or potential customers to whom they may sell the Company's mortgage products. Will also be able to originate regular forward morgtages
