Applicant must have the eqivalent of four years of college within accounting, business administration or finance area, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant must also possess a broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Applicant must have the ability to read, analyze and understand financial reports and legal documents, as well as the ability to respond to complex or difficult inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Must participate in Team projects and assist other lenders as directed by the Team Leader. Responsible for a large portfolio of loans, follow-up on past due and matured loans to maintain delinquencies at minimal levels, maintain credit files with current financial information; call reports, credit reports and correspondence. etc. Would be responsible to manage and correct portfolio exceptions. Fully process requests for new commercial loans of all types (lines, term, construction, etc.), process renewals and modifications for existing customers and decision overdrafts/uncollected. Manage and correct portfolio exceptions and follow-up on delinquencies for existing customers. Develop and maintain open communication with all customers and organically grow the portfolio's loans, deposits and fee income to achieve the goals which are assigned. Prepare problem loan reports and develop and maintain a calling program for existing customers. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
