Careers

Employee Engagement #Lifeatlakeland

Lakeland encourages staff to seek new and creative ways to be involved by volunteering and donating their time, money, or items because associates not only work in the communities Lakeland Bank serves, but they live in them as well. Plus, our paid volunteer days allow our associates to give back-without having to give up a full day's work.

Mentoring & Leadership Training

Through the Bank's L.E.A.D. Leadership Engagement & Development program, associates are selected to participate in the 8-month program based on their potential to be influential and effective future leaders with formal mentorship and completing a capstone project.

Investing In Our Associates

Lakeland offers all associates various training opportunities to enhance their professional skills. In addition, the bank also provides financial reimbursement to associates interested in furthering their education for business and banking related courses.

Blue Jeans For Charities

Let’s get casual! Our associates are encouraged to wear jeans every Friday in turn for a $10 monthly donation to the selected charity of each month. See our list of selected charities. Last year, we stayed comfortable enough every Friday to donate $47,827.11!

Connection & Collaboration

Lakeland remains committed to continuing charitable support in our communities throughout the year. See all of the local charities we have teamed up with for our annual Share-a-Gift program and food and coat drives!
