Lakeland Bank Appoints Carlucci and Trask

Oak Ridge, N.J.  – December 13, 2017 – Thomas J. Shara, President and CEO of Lakeland Bank, is pleased to announce the following appointments.

Leonard Carlucci has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Team Leader, Waldwick and is returning to Lakeland after a brief break in service. Carlucci has more than 30 years of banking experience, 20 of which have been in commercial lending. His employment history includes time at Oritani Bank in the Township of Washington, N.J. as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer at Columbia Bank in Fairlawn, N.J. Carlucci has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from William Paterson University. He is a former treasurer and chairman of the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce, and has been an assistant coach for Pequannock Little League for five years, and is head coach of the Holy Spirit School seventh and eighth grade basketball team. Carlucci is a resident of Lincoln Park, N.J.

Patrick M. Trask, CPA, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Team Leader of the N.Y. Commercial and Middle Market Lending team based in Highland Mills, New York. Trask has more than 25 years of industry experience primarily in the commercial banking segment for middle market clients. Most recently a Senior Vice President at Webster Bank in White Plains, N.Y., his employment history includes time with TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Bank of New York, and HSBC Bank USA, where he worked for more than 25 years. Trask earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and served as squad leader/corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He is a resident of Pleasant Valley, N.Y.
