Lakeland Bank Appoints Penta and Tostanoski

Oak Ridge, N.J. – Jan. 29, 2018 – Thomas J. Shara, President and CEO of Lakeland Bank, is pleased to announce the following appointments.

Anthony Penta has been hired as Senior Vice President, Team Leader based in Iselin, N.J. Joining Lakeland with more than 28 years of industry experience, he was previously with Santander Bank N.A. (formerly Sovereign Bank) since 1994 where he advanced his career and was most recently a Senior Vice President, Market Manager based in Howell, N.J. Penta earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Springfield College. He resides in Lincroft, N.J.

Patricia Tostanoski has been hired as Vice President, Relationship Manager for the Hudson Valley Lending Team based in Highland Mills, N.Y. Joining Lakeland with 30 years of industry experience, Tostanoski was most recently a Bookkeeper with a small private accounting firm in Spring Valley, N.Y.  Previously, she was a Vice President, Business Banking Branch Manager at M&T Bank in New City, N.Y., and prior to that, a Vice President, Relationship Manager with JPMorgan Chase in Newburgh and Nanuet, N.Y. and Paramus, N.J. Tostanoski is a graduate of Georgetown University with a major in international management and minor in accounting. She is a resident of Rockland County, N.Y.
