Oak Ridge, N.J. – Nov. 20, 2020 –Lakeland Bank is pleased to announce that Giuseppe Cascio, David Pick, Karen Rosner, and Bernadette Seda recently graduated from the NJBankers 2020 Emerging Bank Leaders Program.

The Emerging Bank Leaders Program enhances the organizational, performance, and leadership skills of highly motivated managers. Through a nine month program, the graduates were required to participate in full day and online sessions as well as complete “A Call to Leadership Project” to foster their personal development, benefit their financial institution and the banking industry.
Giuseppe Cascio, Vice President, Branch Manager, Wyckoff, joined Lakeland in 2001 as a Teller and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Branch Manager in 2007. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in 2011 and to Vice President, Branch Manager in 2014. Cascio is a graduate of ITT Marco Polo in Italy and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He resides in Wyckoff, N.J.
David Pick, Vice President, IT Solutions Architect, joined Lakeland in 2005 as Assistant Vice President, Network Services Manager. He was promoted shortly after to Vice President, Network Services Manager and in 2015 he transitioned to his current position. Pick serves as a board member for the Pike County Hands of Hope organization and is a board member for the Indian Trials HOA. He resides in Milford, Pa.
Karen Rosner, Vice President, Assistant Marketing Director, joined Lakeland Bank in 2008 as Assistant Marketing Director. She was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Marketing Director in 2010, to Assistant Vice President, Assistant Marketing Director in 2013 and to her current position in 2016. Rosner is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA in business administration from University of Phoenix. She has a Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell University and is a member of the Executive Women of NJ. She resides in West Milford, N.J.
Bernadette Seda, Vice President, Area Branch Manager, joined Lakeland Bank through the 2016 acquisition of Harmony Bank. She joined Harmony Bank in 2010 as Vice President, Branch Manager of the Jackson branch. In 2016, she was promoted to Vice President, Area Manager of the Jackson and Lakewood branches. Seda joined the Kiwanis Club of Jackson in 2008 and has served as treasurer and president. She is a member of the Jackson and Lakewood Chamber and was named Women of the Year in 2015 by the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Toms River, N.J.
