Oak Ridge, N.J. – Oct. 6, 2016 – Lakeland Bank recently hosted a ceremony at its Operations and Training office to honor employees who reached special service anniversaries with the Bank.

40 Years of Service
Karen Kennedy, Senior Vice President, Branch Administrator, Branch Administration, Oak Ridge
Kennedy joined the Bank in 1975 as a Teller of the Newfoundland Office. Over the years, she worked her way through the ranks in various departments and positions including bookkeeping/transit, commercial loans, collections, and branch management. She left briefly in 1984 and was assigned to oversee special projects in 1985 when she returned. Kennedy was Branch Manager of the Milton Office for ten years, and in 1999 was promoted to Vice President, Regional Administrator. In 2005, she transferred to the position of Vice President, Branch Administrator and in 2011 was promoted to her current position.

Connie Meehan, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Oak Ridge
Meehan joined the Bank as a Teller in the Wantage Office of the former NBSC in 1981, and quickly transferred to the position of Human Resources Assistant. During her career, she was promoted to various positions, advancing to Vice President, Human Resources in 2009 and to her current role in 2011. Meehan has a Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University and participated in Fairleigh Dickinson University’s MBA program. She served on the Board of Trustees and is a past Board President for Domestic Abuse Services, Inc., and the Patriot Path Council Compensation Committee as well as various boards of AIB/CFT New Jersey. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, she serves as Vice Chair of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce HR Committee, is a member of the Willis Towers Watson Advisory Council and the NJBA HR Committee. She resides in Wantage.

Laurie Corcoran, Assistant Treasurer, Imaging Department Manager, Milton
Corcoran joined the Bank as a Transit Operator for the former NBSC in 1986 and transferred to Computer Services in 1991 as a night Computer Operator. Following the merger, she transferred to Oak Ridge to work in both the Transit and Computer Departments. Corcoran was promoted to Imaging Supervisor in 2002 and to her current role in 2011. She graduated from Sussex County Community College with honors, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and attends Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Hardyston. Corcoran resides in Fredon.

Patricia Foster, Receptionist, Administration, Oak Ridge
Foster began her career with the Bank in 1991 as the Receptionist for corporate headquarters, a position she currently holds. Throughout the years she has assisted other departments including Finance, the Call Center, Deposit Operations, and Marketing. Foster is a graduate of Butler High School and has participated in the Bank’s annual Habitat for Humanity team builds. She is a resident of Wantage.
Michele Gilchrist, Human Resource Assistant, Human Resources, Oak Ridge
Gilchrist began her career with the Bank in 1991 as a Clerk in Human Resources based in Oak Ridge. Prior to that, she worked at Prospect Park National Bank for five years. With the NBSC merger in 1999, her responsibilities in Human Resources increased and she assumed her current role. She has taken several Center for Financial Training classes over the years. Gilchrist is resident of Newfoundland.
Bob Vandenbergh, Regional President and Chief Operating Officer, Oak Ridge
Vandenbergh joined the Bank in 1991 for the former NBSC as Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer. He was promoted to Director and then to Executive Vice President and became President of the Bank in 1998 and CEO in 1999. With the merger in 1999, he was named Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Lakeland Bancorp. He was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in 2008. Vandenbergh received his bachelor’s degree in business from Ramapo College, is a member of the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Foundation Board and previous Chair of Sussex County Community College. He resides in Andover.

Patricia Dorrbecker, Teller, West Milford
Dorrbecker joined the Bank in 1996 as a Teller in the West Milford Office and has worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Float Teller, CSR. She transferred to her current position in 2010. Prior to Lakeland, she worked for First National Bank of New Jersey. A graduate of West Milford High School, she has taken courses at Passaic County Community College, is a member of the Montclair Art Museum and the West Milford Heritage Quilters Guild. She resides in West Milford.
Janice Hicks, Team Leader, Consumer Loans, Loan Operations, Milton
Hicks joined Lakeland Bank in 1996 as a Student Loan Administrator in the Mortgage Department. Prior to that, she had eight years of banking experience. She transitioned to her current position in Loan Operations when Lakeland and NBSC merged in 2005. Hicks is a resident of Riverdale.
Maureen McCully, Vice President, Loan Operations, Loan Operations, Milton
McCully joined the Bank in 1999 as the Manager of the Credit Department at the former NBSC in Newton. Her prior experience included positions at Midlantic/PNC Bank located in Newton and Morristown. In 2014, she was promoted to her current position. McCully attended Tusculum College and graduated with honors from Sussex County Community College with a business degree. She is a Sussex County resident.
Debbie Morris, Assistant Vice President, Training, Milton
Morris joined the Bank as a Teller in the Milton Office in 1996 and advanced to Teller Trainer in 2002. In 2013, she was promoted to her current position. Her career began in 1975 at Ramapo Bank where she progressed to Assistant Branch Manager before joining the Audit Department. Morris has taken courses through AIB and Center for Financial Training. She served as treasurer of her lake community in Oak Ridge and currently resides in Pompton Lakes.
Joanne Paddock, Teller Manager, Branchville Downtown
Paddock joined the Bank in 1996 as a Teller at the Branchville Office of the former NBSC. She was promoted to her current position in 2007. Paddock is a resident of Dingmans Ferry, P.A.
Matthew Salmon, VP, Computer Services Supervisor, Business Intelligence & e-Banking, Milton
Salmon joined the Bank in the Bookkeeping Department at the former Newton Trust in 1996. He worked his way up to Assistant Vice President, performing work for both Bookkeeping and Operations. With the acquisition of Newton Trust in 2005, Salmon assisted with the systems conversion and transferred to his current position in the Computer Services Data Processing Department. He resides in Blairstown.
Ruth Schreiber, Personal Banking Consultant, Andover
Schreiber joined the Bank as a Teller in the Newton Office in 1996 and has worked in various positions at offices in the Northern Region. She transitioned to her current role in 2015. Schreiber has taken classes with Center for Financial Training and participated in the March of Dimes and JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. She resides in Vernon.
Yvonne Sebecke, Personal Banking Consultant, Branchville Downtown
Sebecke joined the Bank in 1996 in the Butler Office as a Teller and in 1997 became a Customer Service Representative. In 2002, she moved to Branchville and worked as a Northern Region Float before accepting her current position at the Branchville Downtown Office. Sebecke resides in Sandyston.

Leah Ayers, Float Personal Banking Consultant, Branch Administration, Northern Region
Ayers joined the Bank in 2005 as a Teller at the Sussex-Wantage Office. She accepted various transfers before leaving the Branchville Office in 2012. She rejoined Lakeland in 2014 as a part-time Personal Banking Consultant in Stillwater and has been in her current role since March 2015. Ayers attended Caldwell College and earned an associate degree from Sussex County Community College. She resides in Sandyston Township.
Brian Davis, Network Administrator II, Network Admin, Milton
Davis joined the Bank in 2006 as an Information Systems Network Administrator, Analyst. He transitioned to Sharepoint Administrator in 2008 and to his current position in 2011. Prior to Lakeland, he worked at Wellsboro School District in P.A. Davis was named an Employee of the Quarter in 2009, 2013 and 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Mansfield University. He resides in Flanders.
Rose Marie Ferdinand, Vice President, Business Development Officer, Madison
Ferdinand joined the Bank in 2006 at the former Somerset Hills Bank. Prior to that, she worked for Chase Bank for 45 years and Bank of America for 14 years. She is a graduate of Madison High School, a member of St. Vincent Martyr Church and treasurer for the Madison Christmas Committee. Ferdinand resides in Madison.
Ken Markman, Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst, Equipment Finance Division, Montville
Markman joined the Bank in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst and was promoted to Vice President in 2009. Prior to that, he worked at Interchange Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce from Rider University. Markman volunteers with the Waldwick Basketball League, Baseball/Softball Association, Soccer Association and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and Foster & Adoptive Parents Association. He resides in Waldwick.
Neil Notaro, Teller, Newfoundland
Notaro joined the Bank in 2006 at the former Somerset Hills Bank as a Float CSR, Teller and transferred to his current role in 2015. He has 25 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and a master’s degree in training and learning technology from the New York Institute of Technology. A cancer survivor, he is a member of Cancer Fights and speaks to patients considering going to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Notaro resides in Jefferson.
Giovanna Porciello Donnarumma, Teller Manager, Madison
Donnarumma joined the Bank in 2006 at the former Somerset Hills Bank as Head Teller and transitioned to her current position after the merger. Her experience includes several years at Chase Bank and Crestmont Savings. She is a member of the Board of Madison Community Pool, a YMCA volunteer and a recipient of the Madison Chamber Award for Outstanding Community Service. Donnarumma resides in Madison.
Laura Sabo, Personal Banking Consultant, Pompton Plains
Sabo joined the Bank in 2006 as Teller Manager at the Woodland Commons Office and has worked at various Lakeland offices. She moved to her current role in 2013. Sabo has diplomas from the Center for Financial Training in General Financial Services and Consumer Lending. She has participated in many Habitat for Humanity builds and was a 2012 recipient of the NJ Bankers Education Award. She is a resident of Pompton Lakes.
Tonya Ventre, Customer Service Representative, Hampton
Ventre joined Lakeland in 2006 as a Teller in the Branchville Office. She transferred to various positions during her career and has been in her current position since 2010. She received her Life License in 2012 and has been named to the Lakeland President’s Leadership Club, received Lakeland’s Finest Award twice and was a top Licensed Employee in 2013. Ventre is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She resides in Milford, P.A.
