Lakeland Bank Opens Customer Service Call Center

Oak Ridge, NJ - January 13, 2009 – Thomas J. Shara, President and CEO of Lakeland Bank, is pleased to announce the opening of Lakeland’s new Customer Service Call Center.
The new Call Center will provide customers the convenience of speaking with a “live” customer service representative to assist them with their banking needs both during and after business hours. The team is prepared to answer questions about individual accounts, password concerns, conduct transactions, pending and cleared checks, products and services, online banking support, lost or stolen debit cards, as well as quote rates. “I am very pleased that our customers will receive the same personal touch over the phone that they receive from our branch staff. The addition of this Call Center is another way that Lakeland Bank always keeps our customers’ needs first.” said Shara.
